Job description / Role
Guildhall is working on behalf of an International Main Contractor for a Twin Tower +60 High Rise Tower in Dubai.
The project is at its early stages but requires a strong Contracts Manager to come on-board and provide expertise and support for the onsite Contracts Team. As such candidates with experience in the UAE market are required.
Twin Towers cover both a Hotel and Residences.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Manager and / or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum of 15 years postgraduate experience
- Must extensive & current High Rise Tower project experience
- Main Contractor experience required
