Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Consistently Deliver 100% Customer Service & Maintain the Equipment’s Quality Standard While Optimizing Productivity and Minimizing Service Cost.

Attend 100% Breakdown Calls
- Assure the breakdown call attended maximum within 02 hours’ time.
- Ensure the day last call is attended in same day, if received 1 hour before the duty close time.
- Inform Customer over the phone if any delay in attending the call by any mean.
- Ask Service coordinator/ Supervisor for the help if you are overloaded, but do not keep the breakdown call unattended for next day.
- Close the day with ‘Zero’ unattended calls in 08hrs duty time, any call pending inform your Service coordinator/Supervisor/Manager.

Maintain Equipment’s (Minimum five coolers service in market everyday)
- Ensure minimum five coolers serviced in market daily from 15 numbers total average scheduled calls.
- Assure each visited cooler has bar code & AGL asset # plate.
- Ensure the cooler appearance is adequate.
- Assure the cooler is in proper operating condition as per company standard.

Ensure the below measures has taken during the cooler service.
- Condenser cleaned properly.
- Compressor amps. Measured & are in recommended limit.
- All electric wires are tie up properly.
- Water collection tray is in right place & drain pipe is not blocked.
- All fan motors are ok.
- Door is closing properly & gasket is well in place.
- All lights are working & Door handle is ok.
- Air circulation around the cooler is ok.
- Header, Side decal & body conditions is ok
- Cooler & shelves are leveled properly.
- Maintaining the right temperature as required & recommended for our products.
- No unusual sound noticed from the cooler.
- Cooler is plugged properly in electric socket & no overloading on this line.
- Clean the area around the cooler after servicing.
- Have a final look to ensure cooler is functioning well.

Minimize breakdown calls and spare parts consumption.
- Ensure the scheduled service is done in time.
- Educate the customer about the cooler function & How “EMS DEVICE” working in cooler.
- Check the cooler thoroughly on each visit & rectify all the faults to avoid repeated breakdown calls.
- Diagnose the fault accurately & ensure you are changing spare part is really defective.
- Always look for the possibility of repair the defective part, instead of replacement.
- Use the right spare part & tools to repair the cooler.
- Write correct description & Quantity of the spare parts used for repairing/servicing in job card.

In Time and on call availability (Ensure customer satisfaction)
- Attend the call within 02 hrs. Maximum time limit.
- Response the call immediately even though you are busy.
- Do not give any excuse to the customer & do not tell your own problems.
- Be available for the emergency call 24/7.
- Answer politely to the customer & listen his problem carefully.
- Ensure all the concerns of the customer are settled according to his satisfaction.
- Take Customer signature & contact number on job sheet after completing the job.

Housekeeping and personal hygienic.
- Always be presentable in dealing with the customer.
- Wear Neat and clean uniform.
- Write all your reports clean & clearly readable.
- File your reports properly.
- Highlight pending jobs in your daily plan book for further follow up along with the day plan.
- Keep your vehicles & working area clean.
- Arrange your tools & spare part before day close.
- Have a final look around the work place to ensure everything is in right place.

Requirements

- Should have relevant certification for the role including Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Should have at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Cooler Technician.
- Having a UAE Driving Licence would be an advantage.
- Should have good communication skills
