Job description / Role
- To develop internal and external communication content to maximise employee engagement, media coverage and opportunities for the ARCADIS group
- To pursue and follow up internal and external (industry) leads that culminate in the development of written content for our website, blogs, PR campaigns and social media platforms in line with the promotional strategy for the Group
- To support the Group Communications Manager develop communications related to the recent acquisition
Requirements
- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of copy writing, brand management, marketing communications (internal and external), and employee engagement principles, concepts and practices
- Experience of working in a media environment, preferably in a large organisation with a wide geographical spread
- Background in corporate communications, journalism or media relations essential.
- Strong writing skills (across different media) including press releases, digital content, employee engagement and corporate communications
- Organisational, time management and planning skills - ability to deal with conflicting or multiple priorities
- An ability to persuade and influence a wide group of professionals across diverse regions/cultures.
