Job Details:
- Role: Core Finacle Application Support Specialist
- Employment Type: 1 year & extendable contract
- Work Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a max of 30 days of notice
Requirements
Required Experience:
- 5+ years' experience at a relevant technical position in large organizations.
- Exposure to banking domain
- Experience in Application production support within the ITIL Framework.
- Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in Application trouble shooting, configuration and maintenance.
- Application performance tuning and optimization
- Resolution of tickets with quality and within SLA
- Proactive monitoring and incidents analysis
- Experience in Workflow maintenance and Configuration.
- Functional knowledge on Finacle Application (version 10x or above)
- Hands on experience in Unix/Linux commands
- Very good knowledge in Oracle - SQL & PL/SQL
- Experience in handling interface related issues and good idea about the Middleware systems like TIBCO/Open API/ Micro Services.
- Any relevant certifications in Finacle would be an added advantage
