Charterhouse is working with a leading global law firm looking to hire an Arabic Speaking Corporate Associate with 0-3 years PQE to join its market leading practice in Dubai. The firm would be interested in a high quality Common Law qualified lawyer.
The role will involve working closely with the lead Partner and senior Lawyers in the firm’s Dubai office and well as part of its broader Middle East network. The firm is looking at growing their Corporate practice in the UAE.
The successful candidate would have qualified from a magic circle firm or top US firm and should have the ambition to work with a market-leading team.

Requirements
The firm is interested in speaking to a Common Law Qualified Lawyer with 0-3 years post qualification experience gained at a leading law firm. Strong academic records and qualifications. Native Arabic speaker with excellent Arabic written skills strongly preferred. Demonstrable experience of supporting on corporate M&A and joint venture matters. Experience in Energy and Infrastructure sectors is also desirable. Experience of acting on complex cross-border M&A.
