Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an elite global law firm who is looking to hire a high calibre Corporate Associate with a good background in corporate, public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity etc. to join its existing team, playing a key role in relation to high profile transactions and interacting with clients.
The role will involve working closely with the partners and on a broad range of corporate transactions for a variety of clients from multinational corporations, financial institutions, government entities and funds. Your work will range from public listings to private corporate acquisitions and investment work.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a qualified solicitor with demonstrable post qualification corporate experience gained at a recognised law firm, ideally with experience in the UAE. There is an interest for an individual who is client facing, ambitious to develop their career and able take a lead role on matters.
