Charterhouse is working with a leading global law firm who is looking to grow their Corporate practice in the UAE. They are looking to hire a newly Qualified Corporate Associate with approximately 3 years PQE to join its market leading practice in Dubai. Our client would be interested in an England and Wales qualified Lawyer or equivalent.
About the role
The role will involve working closely with the lead Partner and senior Lawyers in the firm’s Abu Dhabi and Dubai offices and well as part of its broader Middle East network. The successful candidate will be joining the Corporate Global Transactions practice, working on a broad mix of transactions, but will primarily focus on private and public M&A work and joint ventures.

Requirements
The firm is interested in speaking to an England and Wales qualified Lawyer, with approximately 3 years PQE, trained with a top tier international law firm or equivalent. The ideal candidate must be a Native Arabic speaker and must have previous experience in the Middle East. Strong academic records and qualifications are required.
