Corporate Financial Analyst

Job description / Role

Our client a leading business within the manufacturing and supply of industrial and specialty gases to various industries throughout the Middle East are looking to recruit a Corporate Financial Analyst to join there Finance Team. Reporting to the Corporate Controller the successful candidate will be responsible for the following.

Accounting:
* Maintaining of the books
* Monthly Bank Reconciliations
* Reporting and interacting with business units

Financial Reporting, Data and Analysis
* Provides support in reviewing actual, forecasted and budgeted financial results
* Monitoring and assessing fixed costs of the business units according to corporate guidelines

Process Improvement
* Assist in the identification of issues, trends and opportunities impacting the businesses and strategies and development of ideas, which enhance profitability, reduces costs and improves efficiency.

This position interacts with Finance Managers and other accounting staff within the business units, Corporate interactions include CFO, Internal Audit Manager and Treasurer.

Salary - DOE plus benefits.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have a degree qualification in Accounting ideally with a MBA.

5 years or more experience of core accounting, financial analysis, process analysis experience ideally in a manufacturing environment.
