What you'll be doing:
As part of the Corporate Innovation team, you'll help identify and implement new business models for Chalhoub Group's portfolio of +200 luxury fashion & beauty brands. This position can lead to a permanent function after 6 months, based on the team member's motivation & performance.

Your main responsibilities:
- Project management for innovation projects (ranging from smaller MVPs to larger, complex projects)
- Research, trendwatch and analyze innovation and retail trends, technologies, business models and startups/scaleups
- Assist in thought leadership creation around innovation topics such as circular retail, web3, new business models, etc.
- Preparing & organizing corporate innovation workshops
- Summarizing output from workshops in clear and appealing presentations
- Supporting the team in daily administrative and office tasks

Requirements

What you'll need to succeed:
- You are extremely interested in the future of retail and innovation, and are familiar with web3 (blockchain, NFTs, crypto, metaverse).
- You have a bias for action. You can spot opportunities pro-actively and don't need constant hand-holding to get work done. You care about output as much as we do.
- You are a natural project management talent: you care about bringing complex projects with lots of different stakeholders to a successful end.
- You like to research and trendwatch, prepare your findings in an appealing and clear presentation.
- You have good communication skills.
- The ideal candidate knows how to set up lean experiments with low/no-code tools.
- Language requirement: English is a must. Arabic is a bonus.
- No specific diploma required.
