Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Business Development Manager
- Building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
- Manage the development of long-term relationships with clients and key corporate accounts.
- Deliver corporate and business proposals according to different scopes of work.
- Write, edit and present marketing and service proposals for B2B clients.
- Use CRM database to record, manage, monitor, track and add corporate contacts.
- Schedule and attend meetings inside UAE with corporate partners.
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with each Group Developer and understand their new projects, activities and strategic objectives.
- Fast understanding of the market, existing and upcoming projects and a proactive approach for proposing company’s services to investors, developers and corporate partners.
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.


Internal & External Communication Support
- Assist with the development of service standards for the organization activities.
- Present and inform internal departments about all the existing or future marketing and communication campaigns.
- Support sales activities across sales lifecycle including research, content development, lead generation, sales cycle management, tracking and reporting.
- Manage creation of all sales tools including presentations, collateral, website
- Monitor service regularly against standards, communicate results and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage sales and management tools to achieve goals including CRM, email, website and social platforms.


Events Management
- Create and manage marketing campaigns to present the company to corporate communities
- Execute marketing campaigns across integrated platforms
- Provide support to colleague’s co-ordinating real estate events to ensure events maximise branding and marketing opportunities.
- Maintain a record of Open Houses and events materials.
- Attend company events as required.

Requirements

- Previous work experience according to the job description
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Arabic is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must have commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook.
