Employment: Full Time

We are currently looking to recruit a Marketing Coordinator to work within the Corporate Sales Team at Al-Futtaim Motors. Based in Al-Futtaim Motors Head Office in Dubai Festival City, the Marketing Coordinator will report into and work closely with the Marketing Executive. The main purpose of this role is to assist in implementing marketing plans and manage and support marketing campaigns.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the delivery of marketing activities related to both the Corporate and Government Relations Departments alongside reporting and evaluating the success of all campaigns. The role holder will coordinate with other departments to obtain relevant approvals and will be accountable for briefing internal agencies and third party suppliers on any related activities. Whilst there are no direct reports for this role, the Marketing Coordinator will indirectly manage both internal and external agencies and suppliers in consultation with the Marketing Executive.

Requirements

You will ideally be a high school graduate and will have had at least two years experience within an administration role. Regular communication is key to this role and therefore you will have strong English communication skills with Arabic being an advantage.

You will be required to manage your own time in order to meet deadlines and therefore an organised and proactive personality is essential to be successful in this position. You will be experienced and effective at building and maintaining strong relationships and will be an excellent team player.
