Job description / Role
Our Client, an international law firm based in Dubai is looking to appoint a corporate/commercial Paralegal with knowledge of Employment Law.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a corporate practice on a range of matters, including cross-border M & A, joint ventures and private equity deals.
You will also be required to work on general corporate advisory, company set ups and other corporate commercial matters. As well as this you will also have exposure to employment law and so previous experience in this area would be very beneficial.
Requirements

- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Strong time management skills
- Previous experience of working for a top international practice
- LPC Qualified
- Must be based in the UAE
