Charterhouse is working with an international Law Firm who is looking to hire a qualified Paralegal to join their established and highly successful corporate department.

The Paralegal will provide the Corporate Team with a high level of support in relation to handling complex, international transactions and liaising with the client’s global offices.

In this role, you will demonstrate exceptional standards of client service and quality of work, while supporting partners and fee earners. In addition, your duties will include factual and legal research as well as handling and drafting documents for a range of deals and transactions. Requirements

The successful candidate must be a law graduate with either LLB Law Degree, JD (or equivalent) and/or LLM (essential). You should be a paralegal or have previous paralegal experience in an international practice, looking to grow further in the role. It is essential you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic language skills would be advantageous.

The ideal candidate would enjoy varied and challenging work across complex mandates, with a range of sectors. Our client is looking for candidates who are mature, pragmatic, with a proactive and international mind-set for cross-border issues.
