Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a major global Law Firm. Our client who are well established in the region are looking to hire an experienced Paralegal to support the corporate team. Working alongside Partners and Senior lawyers, this is great opportunity to develop your skills and understanding of the legal sector.
The role will involve a major focus on supporting a busy corporate team with general company formation/set up. You will work with different free zones, banks and government entities. In addition, you will provide advice to clients, draft and amend documents as well as conducting research.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be fully bilingual with excellent Arabic and English communication skills, both written and verbal. You should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of general corporate work and specific company formation within free zones of the UAE.
