Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a prestigious business based in the heart of Abu Dhabi. Due to an internal promotion, our Client is looking to hire a Paralegal to join their corporate / commercial team.
As a Corporate / Commercial Paralegal, you will be responsible for drafting legal notices and documents in Arabic and English. You will liaise with clients over the telephone and give them legal updates and advice under the supervision of a Lawyer. On a day-to-day basis, you will liaise with various government authorities. In addition, you will review legislation and case precedents by researching media, journals and other publications for relevant information.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a legal qualification or a degree with at least 5 years’ experience in a multinational law firm. You should have outstanding analytical and drafting skills alongside exceptional communication skills (Arabic and English). You will be confident when it comes to dealing with demanding situations and have a professional approach to your work.
