My Client is looking for a Customer Experience focused receptionist to join their team in Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a warm and welcoming experience for everyone who interacts with the company and visits the office.
This will involve working rotating shift patterns of early mornings, evenings and adhoc weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
• Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 14,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient in using basic office software and phone systems
• Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern or mornings and evenings
