Job description / Role
- Developing a database and a solid portfolio of new business corporate clients
- Managing daily client needs and requirements, through offering superior client servicing which aims to enhance client experiences, grow their portfolios and maximize client profitability
- Ensuring a stable client financial stance through monitoring client performance, account overdrafts, and loan payments to avoid any potential defaults or losses.
- Aiming to cross sell various FH Group products to existing clients, within the parameters of their requirements to contribute towards increasing portfolio diversification and wallet share of existing clients.
- Assisting in client service request coordination to ensure an adequate turnaround time for required transactions and requirements.
- Conducting credit assessments/appraisals as well as coordinating the processing of approved credit requests for new business clients to maintain standardized quality along the credit utilization process
Requirements
- 5 – 7 years of experience in corporate banking
- Current experience with a local bank based in the UAE
- Knowledge of banking sector products and business processes
- Interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skill sets
- Proficiency in Banking software systems
- Experience with data analysis and financial modeling
- Proven track record of developing relationships with commercial companies.
- Excellent understanding of lending practices
