Al-Futtaim Motors Lexus is currently seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to work out of the Corporate Sales department within Lexus Head Office in Dubai. This Corporate Sales Manager will report directly into the National Sales Manager and will have approximately 10 direct reports including Key Accounts Managers, Stock Controller and Corporate Sales Supervisor. The main purpose of this role will be to maximise the corporate sales contribution to the company's profit by continuously increasing Lexus' business to business sales volume and market share within the UAE corporate sector. The Corporate Sales Manager will ensure the corporate sales operation is managed in the most profitable manner without compromising on customer satisfaction.

In addition the incumbent will be responsible for introducing new initiatives and business opportunities to improve market penetration and will manage Government Relations, tenders contracts and through the Key Accounts Managers' teams all of the high volume accounts. The Corporate Sales Manager will coordinate with the After Sales Division to enhance customer satisfaction and retention and will also be responsible for managing debt from corporate customers.

Requirements

You will ideally hold a Degree in Commercial/Business Management and will be experienced in Business to Business sales management across multiple locations. Experience within the UAE/GCC is essential whilst coming from an automotive background is preferable. You will be a fluent English and Arabic speaker and will have a thorough understanding of the economic landscape within the UAE.

You will be a natural leader with the ability to coach and develop a team to success whilst simultaneously managing external business relationships. You will have a high level of commercial awareness and acumen and will be a highly driven and focussed individual.
