Job description / Role
Our client are a Global law firm based in DIFC who are seeking additional support to assist with compliance, corporate governance, formation of companies and registration of new companies. Must have had exposure to all of the above and an understanding of the offshore legal industry. You will also be responsible for corporate services administration and the company secretary side of the business.
The role would suit a Legal Secretary who is seeking a support role that will provide more diversity.
Salary between AED 20,000 - 25,000
Requirements
- An understanding of the offshore legal industry is essential
- Corporate administration background
- ICSA qualification extremely desirable but not essential
The role requires a candidate who is looking to develop and grow their skills with an already solid legal background. The role offers the opportunity to move away from the standard Legal Secretary/Paralegal roles.
