To provide full back-up support to these world-class franchises, AF Motors have an established network of showrooms and service & parts centres throughout the UAE.Corporate Sales - Stock controller: will look after the stocks of vehicles, right from the start of the deal till the closing, which includes booking, notification, follow ups, documentation for registration and delivery to the customer's location. He will maintain an organized functioning of the sales and stocks which will affect smooth work process.
the Stock Controller will be primarily responsible for the following duties:
* To run ZVTK report on daily basis and supply to the entire department
* Receive and release units on daily basis and updating the same in physical stock.
* Collecting VCC's & keys of the units which arrive from the yards & other showrooms.
* Coordinating with logistics & PDI to enhance faster and better delivery process.
* Coordinating with different branches & head office to arrange stocks.
* Preparing monthly stock & sales reports for the reference of higher level management.
* Demo vehicles Registration, insurance, renewals and de-fleet
Suitable candidates shouldÂ have the following experience to be considered for this position:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Graduate
Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience in a commercial sales environment.
Job-Specific Skills: Exposure to Microsoft office packages. Inter personal skills, good English language level, clear verbal & written communication, strong numeracy skills
Behavioural Competencies: Honest, hardworking and possessing analytical skills.
