Position Title: Cost Estimator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A Dubai-based contracting company specializing in interior fitout, exhibition stands, and more, recently won a Guinness World Record for a major project.

Job Description:
- Identify labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Compute costs and present cost estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
- Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Manage the cost database by accurately encoding and backing up the data.
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing technical publications..

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Open to Asian nationals
- 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree or any relevant certificate
- At least 1 year of experience in the same role from a company specializing in Fit Out/Hoarding/Kiosk/Signage
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
