Country Manager - Kuwait

Currently recruiting for an experienced Country Manager to join a leading consumer electronics company, based in Kuwait.

Client is looking for the candidate to have a minimum of 10 years experience in consumer electronics/ Retail (Modern Trade), with multinational/ large regional FMCG companies. Ideally the candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in a sales management role within Kuwait.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree
* Fluent in English
* 10+ years of sales experience in consumer electronics/ retail
* 5 years experience in a sales management position
* Kuwaiti market knowledge is essential
* Strong Sales & negotiation skills
* Experience working in Kuwait
* Ability to manage and achieve key performance indicators
* Proven track record of delivering results
* Leadership skills
