Job description / Role
Country Representative (Gulf) (Freelance)
- Represent Datum in the assigned territory whilst promoting and maintaining the image of Datum
- Be responsible for new business development for Recruitment & training business and signing of terms and conditions as approved by management of Datum
- To meet acquired clients regularly for repeated business.
- To receive feedback on various assignments worked by recruitment consultants employed by “Datum”
- Follow-up for payment collections
- Meet local candidates and evaluate them for any specific assignment (need basis)
Requirements
We are looking for candidates on a FREELANCE basis who could represent us in Dubai and eventually in Gulf.
The position will require meeting prospect clients and candidates.
Skills required:
- Ability to network with decision makers and senior management team
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Self starter
- Ability to work with least supervision
