Job description / Role
We are looking for a Cradle Operator who responsible conducting exterior cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in the facility management industry.
Job Responsibilities
• Safely operate a cradle or suspended access platform to access building exteriors.
• Conduct exterior cleaning tasks, including but not limited to window washing, facade cleaning, and pressure washing.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions and tools to effectively remove dirt, debris, and stains from building surfaces.
• Ensure that the cleaning work is thorough, leaving the building's exterior in pristine condition.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.
• Comply with industry regulations and standards, including those related to cradle operation and building maintenance.
• Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions promptly to supervisors.
• Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of cradle equipment, reporting any issues or repairs needed.
Requirements
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a cradle operator is preferred
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and guidelines
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members
