Employment: Full Time

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Credit Card Sales Executive to join our Sales team within Al Futtaim Finance. The role will be based from our Head Office in Dubai Festival City. The main purpose of this role is to generate the maximum amount of high quality leads from the assigned Al Futtaim Showrooms / Retail brands etc that can be converted into Al Futtaim Credit Cards.

It is the responsibility of the Credit Card Sales Executive to handle all assigned Retail outlets and Workshops and be present there all throughout working hours. Customer development is essential in this role and therefore the aim is to optimise at least 50 customers in your stipulated work time of 8 hours in a day alongside generating 25 quality leads per day qualifying the customer well.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you will ideally be a graduate and will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Retail sales role. It is an advantage if you have experience within the Banking Credit Card / Personal Loan / Auto loan arena. This role involves an element of local travel and therefore a driving licence is essential.

As prior sales experience is a requirement for this position it is expected that you will have strong negotiation skills along with the ability to communicate with clients and colleagues of varying levels. You will act as the face of the company and therefore will have a proactive, professional and presentable nature.
