Employment: Full Time

As a part of an operational expansion, we are seeking to appoint a part-time Credit Controller to consolidate the efficiency of our back office and provide clerical and administrative support to the management team positioned at the group’s regional office in Dubai.

Key responsibilities include accurate and timely record keeping, daily processing of transactions, verification of employee expenses, monthly reconciliation and statutory reporting to update the board the on the efficiency of working capital.

The ideal candidate needs to have a proficient understanding of bookkeeping procedures and have expert ability with Microsoft Excel and relevant computer applications.

Requirements

- Previous experience in bookkeeping / credit control is essential.
- A diploma in Business Administration, accounting or a related discipline from a reputable university is a must.
- Sound financial analysis skills, explicit time-management abilities, project management know-how and commercial awareness.
- Fluency in English; the ability to speak Arabic is a plus.
- Possession of a valid UAE Driving License is advantageous.
