CRM and Digital Marketing Executive - Dubai

An established law firm is seeking a CRM and Digital Marketing Executive to join the team in Dubai. Reporting to the Business Intelligence Manager, you will work closely with the CRM Manager and team to encourage and promote the use of the firm's business and client development tools.

You will be fully responsible for assisting in the delivery of client communication and event invitation campaigns using the relevant tools. Additionally, you will distribute, collect, analyse and interpret marketing campaigns and client feedback, and report back accordingly.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing the CRM tool in-line with the clients' policy and procedure.
* Create and manage client events and campaign communication.
* Effectively assist with CRM and events queries involving the Business Intelligence Manager where necessary.
* Assist in the creation and execution of Creative HTML invites
* Upload and oversee content relating to client communications and events via the firm's Content Management System.
* Provide recommendations for improvements to the department's systems, business processes, procedures and data management.
* Own and manage departmental report.

Requirements

* Minimum of 2-3 years' experience of CRM and digital marketing principles gained within a legal or professional services organisation.
* Strong focus on attention to detail, accuracy and an understanding for the need of documents and well-defined procedures.
* Experience in editing and manipulating HTML.
* Experience of adding and editing web content via a CMS system.
* Familiar with analysis, analytical tools, researching and reporting.
