CRM Coordinator

Job description / Role

* Creation of Project and Opportunities
* Lead Management
* Quotation Management Manually
* Review of ERF and processing for Design/Estimation/Revisions/Quotation/Submittals/Shop Drawings/Calculation
* Updates and reviews of LOI/LPOs and Contract

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: as per law

Requirements

* Degree educated in a computer science/information technology subject is desirable.
* Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles and strategies.
* Ability to manage and prioritize own workload, working on own initiative and self sufficiency on a day-to-day basis with administrative processes.
* A strong team player with a proactive, flexible and mature approach to the role.
* Excellent communication and negotiating skills with people at different levels (both verbal and written).
* High standard of IT/office systems skills and knowledge, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
* Nationality: Filipino
