Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Client is a leading multinational law firm is looking for a CRM Executive to join their BD & marketing team. The main objective of the position will be to support the firm in the use of its business and client development tools by ensuring that all users are trained and actively engaged in the effective use of their database.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to users in line with BD objectives.
- Maintain the database to ensure its smooth and reliable function. Partner with the global CRM team and IT team and operate to clear parameters around the management of the system and how it interacts with the other global systems. Assist with the administration of any upgrades, add-on products and administrator program functions.
- Ensure data integrity standards are maintained and the data protection compliance process is adhered to.
- Develop productive relationships with fee earners, stewards and secretaries and incentivise the optimum use of the database.
- Establish and communicate 'best practice' use of the database ensuring ease of use, pragmatic and commercial outcomes. Drive development of key users and stakeholders across MENA, as well as manage the overall user-development framework.
- Develop and produce relevant intelligence reports and analytics (across multiple data systems including Elite and external data-sources) into sector and regional partner groups.
- Be an ambassador for CRM in MENA ensuring the regions interests are considered by the global CRM team. Maintain an international focus and proactively engage with international stakeholders.
- Deliver key messages and training to all users and assist in the induction of new fee earners.

Requirements

- educated to a high school level or equivalent
- experienced in using a CRM database (preferably InterAction) and building relationships with a wide range of users
- proficient in the use of Outlook and the functionality of the CRM database.
- skilled at managing projects with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and tight timescales
- able to influence stakeholders with possess excellent communication skills.
- experienced in training end users through an understanding of different learning styles and behaviours in order to encourage database usage
- able to demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude and a responsive, user-focused approach to problem-solving
- detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
- team oriented
- able to work discretely and deal with confidential information
