Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Campaign Creation and deployment: Curate and execute captivating email campaigns, newsletters and push notifications harnessing data-driven insights to deliver tailored content for maximum resonance.
- Experimentation: Develop strong hypotheses, conduct A/B test, and make data-based recommendations. Work closely with Martech to drive personalization and automation on CRM communications across channels
- Campaign optimization: Build best practices to continuously maintain or improve metrics such as domain reputation, CTRs, open rates etc.
- Cross Functional: Collaborate with teams across departments to conceive and implement compelling cross-functional campaigns and communications via the Club Apparel Loyalty Program, enhancing member engagement and loyalty.
- Copywriting: Write compelling copy that is tailormade and relevant to the respective channel in English and Arabic

Requirements

- Agency Relations: Manage external agency and multiple vendor relationships related to CRM channels
- Automated Email Enhancement: identify and optimize automated email cycles tailored to each country, ensuring timely deployment of loyalty program communications and general commercial messages.
- KPI Reporting: Compile yearly/monthly CRM KPI reports and action plans
- Insight Presentation: Present market insights, formulate immediate action plans, and activate campaigns to drive traffic and repeat customer purchases
- Segmentation and Action : Extract data as needed to pinpoint customer segments and communicate actionable plans
