Morgan McKinley is currently seeking an experienced CRM & Loyalty Manager to join the Marketing team for One of the most recognisable brands in the world. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager for the GCC region.

This is a new position reflecting the new plans and expectations for the CRM & Loyalty program, will focus on managing activities with a focus on the short, mid and long term strategies and provide guidance on how to leverage CRM opportunities in line with existing divisional strategic plans.

Requirements

- This person will be expected to take responsibility for both strategic and tactical activities and assume full responsibility of the CRM & Loyalty plans and for the smooth running and execution of CRM across all product divisions and to drive the business forward throughkey touchpoints (.com, social, email, push notification, apps, and media)
- Work closely with the wider business (product, sales, marketing, service and IT) and partner agencies to develop campaigns and ‘Always On’ programs with compelling offerings to our CRM DB that drive increased engagement, cross-sell, repurchase of products
- Design triggered communications around specific behaviours and key data points
- Create an engaging digital customer experience utilising personalisation, dynamic content and dynamic visual capabilities across all touch points.
- Manage the integration of the Loyalty programme into a multichannel, single sign on experience for the consumer
- Define and manage the appropriate agency resources/types
