Employment: Full Time

Our client a leading consumer retailer is looking for a CRM Manager to join their team.
The CRM manager will be a specialist in the area of analytical Customer Relationship Management with a particular focus on delivering actionable customer insights and customer value analysis. In addition, the CRM manager, will take ownership of customer loyalty & retention and the management of loyalty programs to meet revenue targets.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

• Experience of working in CRM management position
• Achievements of specific CRM projects and analysis
• 8 years working experience directly related to this role.
• Bachelor degree.
• Fluency in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
