Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

1. Accountable to provide 2nd level troubleshooting for all Desktop/Laptop issues.
2. Accountable for performing Advanced software troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation & resolution.
3. Accountable to provide 2st Level of assistance to all Applications that are provided, developed or discovered, created to run business.
4. Plan/Organize the global rollouts of new technology/Architectures
