Our Client
Our client, one of the leading companies in e-commerce , is looking for an experienced Head of Engineering who wants to level up their career to CTO to oversee the development and dissemination of technology for external customers, vendors, and other clients to help improve and increase business.

Your Responsibilities
• Setting a vision for how technology will be used in the company
• Ensuring that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs
• Outline the goals for research and development
• Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services
• Making executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements
• Acting as a mentor to team members
• Maintaining a consumer-focused outlook and aiding in the delivery of IT projects to market
• Managing technology budgets and time frames and making investments to align the company with its vision for its technological needs
• Staying on top of technology trends and developments
• Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards

Requirements

Your Qualifications
• Degree in computer science or related field
• 8 years working in a technological role
• 5 years of managerial experience
• Managed and hired a solid Technology team (at least 25+ members and above)
• Manage development centers across different geographies
• Exceptional team management skills
• Strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and an expert in technological development
• A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
• Proven experience of defining the technical roadmap, managing budgets, facilitating business decisions, solution conceptualization, architecture & implementation of cross-platform products and technology
• Build a strong culture of doing organized work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Define & implement organization structure, KRAs, OKRs and other important key metrics to build a fair, transparent, and accountable culture.
• Provide instrumental business changes and positive impact
