Job description / Role
CTO / IT Director - Banking - Dubai / Abu Dhabi
Networkers are currently working with a leading commercial and retail bank. The CFO has announced the Information Technology Budget for 2016 and this is lead to a number of senior hires being made within IT.
They are currently recruiting for an experience CTO / IT Director who will be responsible of overseeing all projects and BAU support. The department is roughly 60 employees, 5 special project manager, 2 support manager, 1 infrastructure manager, 1 software development manager and a number of architects and senior engineers.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience managing an IT department of at least 25 people and will have the proven experience leading project teams.
- Establish governance processes of direction and control to ensure that objectives are achieved.
- Direct and development of an IT security plan with IT Security specialist .
- Identify and implement technology trends and platforms.
- Communicate the company’s technology strategy to investors, management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders.
