Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals to create innovative and delectable menus.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience for a Culinary Director:

* Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
* Proven track record of culinary excellence with at least 8-10 years of progressive culinary leadership experience.
* Extensive knowledge of culinary trends, techniques, and best practices.
* Strong understanding of food cost control, budget management, and financial analysis.
* Certification from recognized culinary institutions is a plus.
* Experience in managing diverse culinary teams and fostering a positive work environment.
* Demonstrated ability to create and execute innovative and diverse menus.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in culinary software and kitchen management systems.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic culinary environments.
* Knowledge of local and international cuisines.
* Commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.
* Previous experience working in high-end hotels or fine-dining establishments is preferred.
