Custody, Team Leader - Network Management

Job description / Role

A Leading UAE bank growing their Custody team.

This individual will take full responsibility for all aspects of managing relationships with sub custodians.

They must have a clear understanding of the markets under coverage.

This person will have a network management responsibility of securities businesses across MENA markets, Euro-clear and Clear-stream.

Conduct due diligence visits and choose the best based on defined criteria.

Acts as a central liaison point between the bank’s customers and the market / sub-custodians, negotiating fees and Implementation of Custody Agreements.

Requirements

- Degree educated as a minimum
- 3-5 years experience in a client services role
- A minimum of 3 years experience in operations of custody services
- Strong inter-personal, facilitation, team building skills, diplomacy, and influencing skills
