Position Title: Custom Clearance Specialist
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 7K all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
One of the leading freight shipment brokerage firms for luxury cars, based in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review all necessary customs documentation required for international shipments, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Work closely with customs authorities to facilitate the clearance of goods through customs checkpoints and Coordinate with customs brokers and agents to resolve any issues or discrepancies in documentation.
- Stay informed about international trade regulations, sanctions, and embargoes.
- Advise internal teams on compliance issues and assist in developing strategies to mitigate risks.
- Proactively identify and address potential clearance issues to prevent delays in the shipping process. Work to resolve any customs-related problems, such as customs holds, inspections, or rejections.

Requirements

Qualifications
- Open to Asian and Eastern European nationals
- Male, 25 to 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Should have at least 3 years’ experience in customs clearance or international trade compliance
- Knowledge of customs regulations, tariff codes, and international trade laws
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
