Job description / Role
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to clients and administration assistance.
Responsibilities
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, chat or other communication channels.
• Address and resolve customer issues, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Office Administration tasks
• Documentation tasks
Salary:
AED
2,000 to 2,300
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Any Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog
• Working knowledge of MS office tools, especially excel
