Employment: Full Time

Successful and dynamic Group of Companies is looking for a Customer Experience Manager. Your ability to work under pressure, can-do attitude, challenge mindset and ability to deliver "only the best" will drive your success.

Responsibilities :

- Assign leads to the team and make sure the CRM is up to date
- Ensure proper after-sales for the real estate team
- Handle client complaints and suggestions for the Group
- Manage the clients' reviews and ratings on different platforms.

Requirements

- Fluent in French (native is a plus)
- 2 years experience minimum in a similar position (sales, relationship manager)
- Proactive, organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a real team-player
- Client-centric
