Position Title: Customer Happiness Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Sharjah, UAE

Job Role:
• Act as an ambassador of the company at all times and attend to customer needs in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner
• Ensure that a high level of professional rapport is developed and maintained with all customers
• Follow customer service procedures as outlined in the manual to comply with the ISO procedures and safe working practices
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all departments, company products and services so that customers are provided accurate information
• Ensure all tickets are actioned in accordance with Network Standards so that we comply with service levels given to customer
• Report, evaluate and investigate recurring operational problems that are highlighted by customer and then direct the information accordingly for corrective actions to be taken

Requirements

Requirements:
• Open to ANY nationals
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, or any relevant field
• At least 2 years of work experience in similar role; preferably as customer service or guest relation officer with a good track record of managing client relationships
• Proficient in English, Arabic speaker is a plus
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
