Job description / Role
Swisslinx Middle East is currently looking for a Customer Management Officer to join their client, a large international bank, to be based in Dubai.
Please note this role is for a UAE national holding a family book only.
Reporting to the COO, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain relationships with the banks clients
- Liaising with back office, relationship managers and clients
- Looking after documents such as statements, loan requests, audit certificates etc.
- Involvement in sales and promotions
Requirements
- Hold a minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service/relationship management within banking
- Have experience working with corporate clients
- Strong attention to detail
- Emirati (holding family book)
