Customer Relation Manager Up To 14k Aed For A Trading Company In Dubai

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Build strong relation with all our customers
• Develop relation with customers and arrange/move to establish/exchange communication
• Manage and resolve customer complaints; acknowledge, coordinate, confirm and close
• Assist with placement of orders, additional order and replacement items
• Work with customer relation to ensure proper customer service is being delivered

Requirements

• POSITION: Customer Relation Manager
• SALARY: up to 14,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: One of the leading Trading Company
• WORK LOCATION: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately can join or 1 month maximum
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to Syrian, Egyptian, or Indian candidates
• Male/Female, up to 35 y/o and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Minimum of 8 years of similar work experience; with at least 5 years of UAE experience handling employees
• Call Center career experience is a must
• Knowledgeable in operation with customer care, handling the employee, making the daily, weekly and monthly report
• With strong personality and management skills
• Fluency in English
