Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As part of our Hertz Customer Relations Department, you will be responsible to provide a central focal point between Hertz and the customers in terms of sales activity and ensuring high level of customer service in line with the company policies, procedures and standards.

Below are some of the day to day activities that you need to dealt with:
- Quotations - Work closely with the sales team to ensure correct quotes are sent to the customer on time and regular follow up done.
- Prepare contracts – Update necessary information on the contracts and return customer copies on time.
- Lease Purchase Proposal – Processing the order on time and providing timely updates to the customer.
- New Vehicle Delivery – Follow up with the concerned department, update clients, and arrange for vehicle check out.
- Arranging loaner vehicle and all related system and administration tasks related to it like opening agreements, closing agreements, keeping a record of all transactions.
- Manage Lease contracts Expiries / Extensions.
- Maintain an up to date database of all customers with relevant and key contacts.
- Handle day to day queries of the Customer – pricing, short term rental requirements, Oman insurance, service, invoicing – ensuring that the customer’s queries are handled on time.
- Prepare various fleet related reports for the customers.
- Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, while protecting and developing the company's brands via suitable PR activities and own presentation.

You will be part of our Hertz operations based in Dubai, reporting to the Head of Corporate Relationship. You are also required to assist in preparing reports such as daily vehicle inventory, fleet on replacement, Hertz emergency roadside assistance, vehicle off hire, vehicle aging and etc. to improve overall efficiency of the department.

Requirements

You should have at least a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role preferably in an automotive, travel or service industry, holding a diploma or college degree. Candidate with a valid UAE driving license is a plus. You should have the ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customer. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to use computer applications.

You should also be able to display customer focus with the ability to demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude while being able to deal with the customers and work in a team. You must possess market awareness and good understanding of the challenges/concerns of customers and competitors.
