Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As a Supervisor of Customer Service Sales team you will manage and exceed overall client expectation by ensuring that the Customer Relations Team provides high level of customer service in line with company policies and procedures.

Your major responsibilities (Amongst others) will be Key Account Management (Effectively manage the relationship and ensure retention) and Performance Management (Monitor and manage team performance).

Requirements

You have a minimum of Bachelors degree or relevant Customer Service experience.

You will have a minimum of 2 years of in managing people and providing customer service.

You are excellent at Relationship building, you possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are very skilled at Team building and communication.
