Job description / Role
• Customer Relations Manager is responsible for managing the front desk, patient relations, and housekeeping.
• He / She will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring patient satisfaction with the services provided; identifying and resolving patient and family member concerns and problems.
Salary:
AED
20,000 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• B.S. or B. A. degree or equivalent industry experience, preferred, not required
• 5+ years minimum of customer relations experience with a proven ability to deliver results.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and effectively nurturing long-term relationships.
• Articulate and professional with an enthusiastic attitude and focus on results.
• Strong communication skills both in person and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage competing customer demands.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance a plus.
