Customer Service - 1 Month Temporary

Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A multinational, luxury brand company are currently looking for a Customer Service Professional on a TEMPORARY CONTRACT for a period of one month (July - August).

This person will be responsible for:
- Receiving orders from customers
- Coordinating with Head office to attain the Order Confirmation
- Following up on the order / approval
- Collecting payment in advance (for advance payment customers)
- To check with Head office if the customer account is OK to send the shipment (For customers who have a credit term)
- Coordinate with the customer and customer service in Head office to release the shipment
- For some customers, inform Head office to arrange the COO and EUR Certificate as per the requirement
- Organize and coordinate with Manager when he is out of station for all required information
- For payments received in Dubai account, issue receipt and coordinate with finance to post the same in Clearing account
- Credit Notes to be issued for payments received for the Sourcing orders only (No need to make receipt)
- Prepare visa documentation for Manager and ticket booking

Requirements

This person should ideally have a background in working with a luxury brand, within a customer service role.

MUST be on husband's/father's sponsorship.

Should be able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.

This candidate must be proactive, extremely organised and available to interview and start shortly.
