Customer Service Assistant - 3 Months Contract

Job description / Role

The Customer Service Assistant will aid in providing timely reports and documentation to customers. This position will aid customer service team for filing hard copies of Credit Notes or other needed documents.

Pre-Alert
- Download Invoice PDF, Invoice Excel, Packing List PDF and Packing List Excel from SAP and consolidate emailed excel files
- Ensure accuracy of the pre-alert document sent to the customers by cross checking excel files versus PDF documents
- Send pre-alerts within 3 days of departure from Oevel for Air Shipments and 2 weeks for within 10 days of departure from Oevel

Order Tracking
- Run daily reports to check which shipments have left Oevel Warehouse and place the date in the operations tracker
- Work internally with Logistics with Etas on the shipments

Order Confirmation & Customer Claims
- Download SAP order confirmation
- Send order confirmation to all customers by the 10th of every month
- Manage the customer claims mailbox
- Update claims tracker
- Check completeness of claims and route for approval

Others
- Perform other duties as assigned in line with the role and EL Corporate strategy
- Supporting in Filing of Credit Notes & other manual documents

Requirements

- Preferably with 1-2 years knowledge in a related industry
- Excel Skills (Pivot, Vlookup working knowledge are required)
- Results driven
- Strong attention to details
- Process driven
- SAP experience is ideal
- Experience in handling customer complaints or claims
- Education - Degree or equivalent
