Position Title: Customer Service Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A well-established logistics expert company based in Dubai, offering comprehensive all-in-one solutions.
Job Description:
• Ensure consistent, excellent customer service and satisfaction to freight forwarding field.
• Accurately complete carriers and submission of shipping instructions.
• Build strong customer relationships, understand and monitor customer’s processes and KPIs, and provide daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Perform shipping documentation and coordination with shipping line or agent as well as transportation with overseas offices.
• Comply to company's SOP and quality policy, and perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Indian nationals
• Female, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree or any relevant certificate
• At least 2 years of experience from freight forwarding company, of which 1 year must be in the UAE
• Must have full knowledge for both air & sea pricing
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
