Customer Service/ Internal Sales Executive

Job description / Role

- Manage entire sales order process, from receipt of the orders through to reconciliation of relevant documents and system postings as well as the export dispatch and documentation process.
- Responsible for customer relationship management and the follow up and closure of all customer order related complaints.
- Coordinate with logistics and factories (Europe and US) customer orders and deliveries ensuring expected service level from customers.
- Manage A/R ensureing performance of DSO (Daily Sales Outstanding) inline with expectations.
- Support sales and project team on a daily basis (e.g. offers, submittals, project coordination).
- General customer service on a daily basis

Requirements

- We are looking for a customer service/ internal sales executive with experience from UAE and/or GCC. Must have experience handling the whole order process (from inquiry to dispatch and delivery) from overseas suppliers.
- Must have a technical understanding and be fluent in English both in writing and oral.
